Yes, the parking is free: available on site upon reservation and on the adjacent street. You can leave your car and reach the historic centre comfortably on foot.

Breakfast is enjoyed in a partner patisserie just a few steps from the property — a little Lucchese ritual much loved by our guests. A shared kitchen is also available in the house.

The check-in is possible 24 hours a day: we only ask you to let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is by 10:30.

Pets are allowed on request. A small supplement may apply: write to us before booking and we'll find the solution together.

Yes, the WiFi connection is free throughout the property.

Children of all ages are welcome. On request, a cot (0–3 years) at €20 per night. No extra beds are available; children aged 16 and above are considered adults.

We are about 500 metres from Porta Sant'Anna and a 5-minute walk from the walls. Lucca station is 1.6 km away, Pisa airport about 22 km.

The property is entirely non-smoking and it is not permitted to organise parties or events, out of respect for the peace of the house and other guests.

We speak Italian, English, Spanish and French.
