What data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly to handle enquiries and bookings: first and last name, email address, telephone number if provided, dates and details of your stay, and the data needed for payment (securely processed by our payment provider). Where required by law, we may request guests’ identity documents.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: manage your booking and stay (performance of a contract); comply with legal obligations (tax, public security, guest registration); respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest); send you communications only with your prior consent.

Retention

We retain data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes described and in accordance with legal requirements (such as tax and administrative terms).

Disclosure to third parties

Data may be processed by providers that assist us (booking system, payments, email sending, hosting), appointed as data processors, and by the portals through which you book (e.g. Booking.com). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as object to processing and withdraw consent.
